Points In Grid Privacy Policy

Points In Grid is a game. It does not use advertising tracking, does not sell personal data, and does not collect data for cross-app or cross-website tracking. Optional features may process information on your device, through Apple services, or with other players you choose to connect with.

Information Used By Optional Features

• Photos and custom images: If you choose photos or save images/videos, the app uses those items for custom game appearance, backgrounds, or exports.
• Camera: If you choose a live camera background, camera access is used only to display that background in the app.
• Local network multiplayer: Local Network and Bonjour access may be used to discover and connect nearby devices for multiplayer games. While hosting, the temporary room code, player-selected display name, app platform, and protocol version may be announced to nearby devices.
• Play Nearby with Android: If you choose this internet multiplayer option, Google Firebase processes a private anonymous guest identifier, room code, player-selected display names, connection status, moves, and game snapshots needed to connect Apple and Android players. Players do not provide an email address or password. Rooms are temporary and expire after six hours. Firebase is not used for advertising or tracking.
• Game Center: If you use Game Center features, Apple handles Game Center account, friend, invite, and match information.
• iCloud sync: If you enable iCloud sync, game state, settings, appearance choices, audio preferences, game mode, and gameplay stats may sync through your iCloud account.
• Location: If you use weather, radar, or map-based backgrounds, location may be used to request local information for those features.
• Microphone and music recognition: If you use music recognition, microphone data may be processed by Apple services to provide that feature.
• Purchases: In-app purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit. The developer does not receive your payment card information.

Tracking And Advertising

Points In Grid does not include advertising SDKs, does not use data brokers, and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Data Storage

App data is stored on your device. If you enable Apple services such as iCloud, Game Center, StoreKit, Music, or Shazam, those services are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy practices. If you use Play Nearby with Android, temporary multiplayer data is processed by Google Firebase for that feature only.

Your Choices

• You can deny optional permissions in system settings. Some features may not work without the related permission.
• You can turn off iCloud sync features in the app settings.
• You can delete app data by deleting the app and, where applicable, managing app data in iCloud settings.
• You can manage purchases and subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
• You can leave a cross-platform game at any time. Remote rooms expire automatically after six hours.

Children

Points In Grid is not specifically directed to children under 13. If the app is ever submitted in the Kids Category, this policy and the app's privacy practices should be reviewed again before submission.

Changes To This Policy

This policy may be updated when app features or privacy practices change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
