What to include
- Your device and operating system.
- PIG’s version and build number, and where you installed it from.
- The steps that led to the issue and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot if it helps—please remove personal information first.
Never send passwords, payment-card details, or account credentials.
Apple purchases and sync
For purchase questions, mention whether the issue involves Restore Purchases, a subscription, or Lifetime Unlock. For iCloud sync issues, include which devices are affected and which sync options are enabled.
Android and Windows testing
These versions are still in development. Please include the installer filename and, for Windows, whether your PC uses x64 or ARM64.
